Navigate to https://yourdomain.com/webmail or port 2096 and log in with your full email address and password.

Configuring Rich HTML Signatures

1. Click Settings > Identities.
2. Select your profile and enable the HTML signature toggle.
3. Format your corporate title, phone, and upload brand logos.
4. Save changes to apply automatically to all outbound messages.

Out-of-Office Autoresponders

Set automated replies via cPanel Autoresponders or Webmail Home to notify senders during vacations with scheduled start and expiry intervals.
